For the end of our much needed Spring break we went to Monterey for Chris 22nd birthday. His sister came with us in our car and Amber and Crystal drove in Amber's car. We stopped at the Jelly Belly factory first and went on the tour. The girls loved all the samples and the hats. Then we went to the aquarium in Monterey. They had some really neat things there. We had to rush a little at the end because they were closing but it was really fun and the girls loved seeing all the different animals. I had hoped for some bigger animals but I guess that just means we will have to travel to Seaworld next. The weather was beautiful and the town was so neat. It was just a day trip but I think that next time we would like to stay over and explore somemore. We went to the beach after dinner but by that time it was cold and very late. So not quite like the running on the beach I had hoped for. All in all it was a great month. One more down and only three left till this child is born. Chris and I are still waiting to hear about our house. The process is going faster than usual so this has our hopes up but nothing is in contract yet.
