Litzia and Mercedes are overlooking their corral where they have shows with the vaqueros. I don't know if I spelled that right, but they have the cowboys rope the horses, ( they had a donkey too but it was ugly so I didn;t take a picture). They also teach the horses how to dance with them. It was such a fun trip!

This is the gang that went with us. I think Isabel is taking the picture.

If you look close you can see the full udders. Ladies it kind of reminded me of being engorged. The cow before this one had a baby that was anxiously awaiting her mother so she could nurse. She was trying to nurse as they were dragging the cow out of the stall.

Thalia loved the chocolate milk from the cow but it did get her a little tipsy. She was laughing at everything.

This baby horse is only three weeks old and couldn't stand up yet. I have never seen a baby so close! or so young

They had just killed a goat before we got there and one of the workers was skinning it and cleaning out the intestines so they could fry and eat them. The cowboy was kind enough to find us the skinned head, with the eyes still in it and prop it up for a photo. I think it's spine is next to it and we were lucky enough to see all his guts, stomach and whatever other body parts that are close to that laying on the ground waiting to be cleaned.

Chris's sister Litzia's friend has a farm that his family owns and he invited us out to it so see all the animals. It was a great day even though it started at 7 am and I had only gotten to sleep four hours before. It was all the way out in Palamino Valley but the kids loved it. We were able to watch them milk the cows and they make a drink similar to hot chocolate. It has a name in spanish but I can't spell it. The milk is so warm when it comes out and they put chocolate, sugar and some alcohol that kills the germs in it. It was so good and George, Litzia's friend told us that it will keep you full until lunch. The girls loved the drink but got a little oozy afterwards.
