Hello Gonda, Keenan family,

Just to update everyone, we are still living at Chris's parents home in Sun Valley, and while it is a very crowded house, it is fun for the girls to have everyone around all the time. We are hoping ot be in our own place at the start of 2009. Mercedes is twenty two months now and I can't believe I almost have a two year old! She gave us a little scare on Voting Day. She fell off the front step, hit her head on the cement and went into a ten minute seizure. It was scary, especially since it took me a few seconds to realize what was going on. All is well now, and there should be no further problems with that. Thalia is six months now and still a wobbly sitter. She loves all the new foods she keeps getting, especially the ones that her Grandma and Grandpa sneak in when I'm upstairs. She is a lot more active then I ever remeber Mercedes and it seems like, while she is a great baby, that she will be more curious and I will be doing a lot more chasing after her. It is so fun to have these two girls so close together and they love to play with each other. If Chris has one child and I have the other, Mercedes is asking where her sissy is and Thalia is staring at ther sissy's empty carseat. They are already best friends and I cant wait for them to interact more. I am still in school, but the semester is quickly coming to an end. Chris took the semester off and is getting the break he needed. He will be transfering to a new department in his job, necropsy, where they kill and gut the monkeys. He is pretty excited to try something new and hopefully learn something new too! We are looking forward to the holidays to see everyone. We hope that Jeremy and Rebecca are going to surprise us again too. I will try to keep this going, but we will see.
